Choose Yourself: Remember Heavy is The Head That Wears The Crown

I detach from all forms of deteriation and allow the rotting flesh to fall from my body so that the youthful peachie flesh of newness can reveal itself."

CHOOSE YOURSELF

Make a choice everyday to choose yourself.  In every path you choose, alway make sure to choose your dreams and well being.  In this life we live in, the world demands our time and attention and the list never ends. However what happens is that we end up at the bottom the list, because we allow the world to dictate what it possible for us, leaving us groveling for crumbs, when in reality the world is really our oyster.  Choosing yourself means that yes, some people will paint you with a broad paint brush as evil and selfish, but are we really being selfish? I'd like to say that this is called being SELF-FULL.  How can you truly be you in your entirety if you do not work on fulfilling and feeding that child like self in a healthy way by honoring when that child is not happy and doing the right thing by one making sure you tend to its need, whether its the need to be seen, heard or a need for righteous anger.  Justice is given by living authentically and acknowledging and respecting the emotions of that inner child.  This is the way of TRUTH and alignment to living in your full purpose. 

This can mean releasing toxic people, places, and situations that bring nothing but negative enforcements of disempowering thoughts, words and actions into your life.  When you choose you, you make a conscious choice to reach for a larger plane of possibility, a life with less limitations for that inner child who just wants to be free to be.  It can also look like leaning into those who already choose you, the authentic you.  The quality of your life is determined by the people you surround yourself with. Quality people build you encourage you and support you in ways that allow for your truth and determination to thrive.

Toxic people show you who they are by the power of your NO!  These folks will rebel against your authenticity, because you force them to see the vulnerable and wounded child they really are AND their inability to get out of the rut they are stuck in. When you remove your focus from those who spew poison, it makes anything they throw at you null and void.    You are the Emperor// Empress on the throne in your own world.  You make a conscious choice not to struggle but to command your world and simply remove, implement and take action without arguing with the characters that may or may not live in your world, you simply remove the people, places and obstacles by not engaging in no-win situations that operate within madness. Simply refuse to participate and move forward  whether that means quitting a job that is killing your soul and vitality.   An act of radical self love is to remove the toxin and work on healing. 

Choose situations that benefit your higher good and contribute to your values. This can look like finding work that honors your time and family needs and mental well-being.  This can look like taking time for yourself and not answering that phone call, maybe limiting time you spend with people who drain you.  You even have to make your ownself honor you, by doing the things that are difficult for you by setting up personal routines that take care of your body and feed your mental state.  Honor yourself first and the universe will answer through opportunities that align with who you are in that moment.  This is a way of making the world bend down to you.   Good people and opportunities will become attracted to you simply by you deciding to reach for better and taking the necessary action that attracts the vortex of abundance that allows you to truly spread your wings in ways that you have never imagined."
